Fresca Freeze Dry is a registered New Zealand business supplying freeze-dried fruit products to customers within New Zealand.

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with all applicable New Zealand laws.


2. Products

We specialise in freeze-dried fruit products. While we aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate:

  • Products may vary slightly due to the nature of food production
  • Availability is subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
  • Prices include GST unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

4. Orders

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors)
  • If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued

5. Payment

We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.


6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within New Zealand only
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances
  • Fresca Freeze Dry is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy if:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or unsafe
  • The product does not match its description

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will assess and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or refund where appropriate).


8. Food Safety & Allergies

  • Our products are prepared in environments that may handle allergens
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients and suitability before purchase

If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us prior to ordering.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased
