At Fresca Freeze Dry, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia only.

If you are interested in other areas of international shipping, please contact us at frescafreezedry@gmail.com.


2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–4 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • North Island: 1–4 business days
  • South Island: 2–7 business days
  • Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays.


5. Courier Services

We use trusted New Zealand courier services to deliver your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.


6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.


7. Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged items

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. Authority to Leave

By placing an order, you authorise the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is available to receive it, unless otherwise specified.

Fresca Freeze Dry is not liable for parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
