Are there any added sugars or flavourings?

No. Every Fresca Freeze Dry product contains only real fruit — nothing else. No added sugar, no artificial flavourings, no preservatives, and no artificial colours. The sweetness you taste comes entirely from the fruit itself, captured at peak ripeness.

What are the ingredients?

Each bag contains a single ingredient: the fruit on the label. For example, our Strawberry is 100% strawberries, our Mixed Berry contains blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, and our Peas, Carrots & Corn mix contains peas, carrots, and corn — nothing more.

Exception: our Freeze Dried Potato is prepared by adding milk and butter (not included), so if you have a dairy allergy please keep that in mind when preparing it.

Are your products free from common allergens?

Our fruit and vegetable products are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. The single exception is our Freeze Dried Potato — the potato itself contains no dairy, but the traditional preparation method calls for adding milk and butter. All products are free from artificial sweeteners, artificial flavours, artificial colours, and preservatives.

Where and how is the fruit produced?

We hand-craft our freeze-dried snacks in small batches using fresh fruit. Freeze-drying removes moisture at low temperatures, which locks in the fruit's natural flavour, colour, and nutrients without any additives or heat damage. Our complete range is crafted using solar energy.

How should I store the product after opening?

Once opened, reseal the bag as tightly as possible and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Freeze-dried fruit is highly hygroscopic — it will absorb moisture from the air and lose its crunch if left open. For best results, consume within a few days of opening or transfer to an airtight container.

What is the shelf life of an unopened bag?

All Fresca Freeze Dry products are shelf-stable and designed for long shelf life without refrigeration. Please refer to the best-before date printed on your bag for the specific timeframe.

Can I reseal the bag? Is it food-safe?

Yes — our bags are resealable. Press out as much air as possible before sealing to keep your snacks crispy and fresh for longer. The packaging is food-safe and designed to protect the product from light and moisture.
