The plum blossom is exploding right now! Our orchard trees are getting fuller and fuller every day — we've got loads of different plum varieties, and they're all starting to bloom.
Fingers crossed the wind stays calm, because once it lets go it's like snow on the ground 🌨️
Each variety fruits at a different time, and with an early spring this year, we're hopeful for a bumper crop — which means plenty to freeze dry for you all! 🍑 Perfect on muesli, oatmeal, yoghurt, and more.
